As a dry-hire beverage service, we don't purchase or sell alcohol. We'll guide you through exactly what to buy and how much you'll need so you can purchase the spirits.
All bars operate as an open bar style. This allows us to operate in accordance with Alaska liquor licensing requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we reach out?
Most couples book us 6–18 months before their wedding, and Alaska’s short wedding season means popular summer dates can go quickly.
We’re currently accepting inquiries for 2027 and 2028, so if you have a date in mind, it’s never too early to reach out.
Do we need to provide the alcohol?
Yes. As a dry-hire bar service, we can’t purchase or sell alcohol on your behalf—but we won’t leave you guessing in the liquor aisle either.
We’ll create your alcohol shopping list and tell you exactly what to buy and how much. You purchase the alcohol, and we take care of the rest based on your package, including mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, staffing, setup, service, and cleanup.
What do we need to do to officially secure our date?
A signed contract and 30% retainer make it official. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
What if our guest count changes after we book?
We’ll plan around your estimated count initially, then use your final guest count to make sure quantities and service are right for the day. Final numbers are due one month before your wedding.
